LUX is not a mascot. LUX is not a marketing concept. LUX is real. He is a golden retriever puppy, born on 22/09/2025 on a peaceful family farm in Far West NSW, near Mildura. But to define him merely by breed or birthplace would be to misunderstand his profound significance to The Puppy Pop. LUX is our north star, the living, breathing embodiment of everything we believe a dog’s life can and should be. Intelligent, gentle, confident, and deeply intuitive, from the moment he entered our lives on 17/11/2025, it was clear he represented our core values: comfort without compromise, beauty with purpose, and love in its purest, most unconditional form.
He is one of eleven dark golden retriever puppies, raised with exceptional care, intention, and love. His mother, Gemma, provided the gentle, nurturing foundation, while his father, Ricky, imparted a strong, calm, and noble presence. Growing up among five brothers and five sisters in a rich family environment, not a kennel, shaped his balanced, socially intelligent, and confident nature. This wasn’t just breeding; it was a mindful beginning, fostering the very temperament that makes him the perfect standard-bearer for our brand.
