By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of sale. All orders made through The Puppy Pop must be genuine and made in good faith, and are considered a binding commitment to purchase. All information you provide during the ordering process must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
Pricing Policy
- All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices listed on product pages are current as of the time they are displayed on our website. If there is a discrepancy between a product page price and the shopping cart price, the shopping cart price at the time of purchase will apply.
- Prices shown include all relevant Australian taxes (including GST) but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, handling, delivery method, and postcode, and are clearly visible before you confirm your order.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Due to our discount structure, items may not have been sold at their Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
RRP / Don’t Pay: Refers to the Recommended Retail Price set by the manufacturer. Our advertised prices are often lower than the RRP. When no RRP is provided, we compare prices to similar products listed by major Australian retailers within the past 30 days.
In the event of an error in the product listing or pricing, The Puppy Pop reserves the right to cancel your order and inform you accordingly. Errors and omissions are excluded.
We may update or extend promotional offers at our sole discretion. Promotions are only for retail sales, not for bulk or commercial purchases, and cannot be combined with other offers. Prices are only valid during the specified promotional period. Product images and packaging are for illustrative purposes only and might differ from the actual item.
